Dear meditation practitioners, or to those interested in meditation,
We will restart our meditation practice at Le Chambord on Tuesday the 17th of September. We will take as a basis the Buddhist practice of focusing on the breath, and combine that amongst others with mindfulness, Celtic pictures, visualisations and healing tao inspiration for balancing the mind and body.
You are welcome from 19.45. We will practice for about an hour.
Second meditation evening will be on Tuesday October the 15th.
We do have space for some new people. Advanced and beginning practitioners welcome!
